  1. Completion of Order: When a guest post is published, the order is marked as completed. After this point, refunds are not possible as the service is considered rendered.

  2. Uncompleted Orders: If an order is not completed within 15 days from the purchase date, the buyer may request a refund.

  3. Post Deletion by Seller: If the seller deletes the guest post from the host website within 60 days (2 months) of publication, the buyer can request a refund. No refund requests will be entertained after 60 days from the date of publication.

  4. Non-Indexing by Search Engines: Refunds will not be issued based on the guest post’s indexing status by search engines.

  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the buyer's internal Purchase Balance on GuestPostMax.com for use in future transactions.

  6. Refund of Funds from Internal "Purchase Balance".

    • Refunds of unused funds added to the internal Purchase Balance are NOT POSSIBLE. These funds may only be spent within our service for the purchase of guest posts.
  7. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is accepted, we will process the refund within 15 days.
